Little Canada mom charged after 3 children found alone in trash- and feces-strewn apartment.
Law enforcement authorities found dog feces and garbage littering the floor of the Little Canada apartment. A 6-month-old boy was naked in his crib atop a urine-soaked mattress. An unattended pan was simmering on the stove in the kitchen.
The infant’s 2-year-old brother was only partially clothed and hungry, as was his 5-year-old brother. Noticeably absent was the children’s mother.
