Central Kansas

Calve September 10th to November 10th. All 150 cows go to a 150 acre pasture on September 1st thats been idle all year. Then about October 10th a gate gets opened to let out on a 182 acre wheat field. Usually leave the gate open for a week then gets shut because they are all out there. Then about Thanksgiving another gate is opened to allow them access to a 125 acre circle of wheat. Only thing that gets tagged is something that gets doctored. Theystay on that same section until weaned so no need to pair up and move.
