Pretty sure everybody gets assessed by the sq ft and perhaps different "construction" is thrown in. Say its obviously a brick home, they can see the basement windows, the A/C unit outside. What more matters?
Here, you wont be able to sneak much by the assessor, because of building codes. You wont get an occupancy permit unless the home is inspected and approved. They gotchya. |
