I need to add a little history about Marion Co Kansas pasture prices . My dad bought pastures at these prices. 1972 $125 per ac 1982 $400 per acre ,Pasture rent in 1982 was about $10 per acre. 2011 pasture apprasied about $1000 per ac for his estate rent about $15 per acre.
