Subject: RE: Largest farmer in US

Southern Missouri
Yes list of large acreage owners and some of those ranches are amazing but what is so different for Resnick is his revenue, some of those hundreds of thousands acre ranches wouldn’t produce as much revenue as 1 section of his almonds, some of those huge ranches produce less than their property tax bill but pretty sure those guys that own them don’t care, which kind of makes me think of a different subject here and maybe Ben from ca or someone else knows what those established almond acres that have plenty of water are bringing these days,I saw some figures that Met life put out a few years ago on value per acre of some almond farms and can’t remember the figures but remember being a little astounded.

The Fiji water wouldn’t qualify but the Pom wonderful is part of his farming operation since he grows the pomegranates that go in it,like growing the corn that goes in our cows is all part of our farm but Mrs Resnick outmarkets us by a little
