Subject: RE: Vertigo?

Parkston, SD
I just dealt with this while getting over the flu. Went to our chiropractor and he cracked my neck a couple times. Then he gave each ear lobe a good snapping tug (like growing up in church only without the twisting). He explained that the inner ear maintains a fluid in it and that’s what keeps you balanced. Sometimes the fluid crystallizes and causes the vertigo problems. The ear tugging helps to open the passages back up. He said he learned that in the airforce. Also helps to rub Ginger essential oil around behind both ears. Should be able to find it at a health food store. Good luck. Share how you turn out!
