Near Intersection of I-35 & I-90 Southern Mn. | Earlier I posted about problems with an iPad Air II. Long story short, I did a backup and reset and loaded the most recent version of IOS. At that point the iPad behaved pretty much like a new virgin unit. I then used iTunes to reload the backup. This worked for the most part but Facebook seemed to get lost.
I don't know exactly what she did or what happened but Facebook seems to "know" her name but wants to create a new account. She only wants to have one account but available on both devices. We know this can be done since my single FaceBook account is available on my Win 10 computer, my iPhone and my iPad. Prior to this her Facebook account was available on both her iPhone and iPad.
Seems like it should be a very common situation. I expect it is quite easy. Part of the problem is that she is confused about her email password, facebook password etc.
