I have had QuickBooks Pro for over 7 years now, Quicken before that.
I would just keep it simple and get the regular version, and not go to the
online cloud, that way you are not stuck paying for new versions every year
and more. Unless you have many employees, just keep this version, and
calculate the payroll by hand when changes are needed. You can run and
send a report to your accountant if needed, QB is what most accountants
recommend for business use, and can also give you training on how to setup, chart of accts, etc.
