So I don't have a working headlight on the old xc600. I've got power to dimmer switch, power to resistor. New bulb. Gauge lights, taillights work. No high beam indicator. I've replaced the resistor before, and it's glowing. I thought the high beam indicator worked when it went before. How is the circuit wired? Could I run a jumper from dimmer switch to headlight pigtail?
