North Central Iowa | Form still looks the same as always on the Gov site, still mail to Ohio.
I mailed mine in first week of January during shut down. Still waiting for it back. Usually takes 3 weeks or less. Gals at courthouse let me buy license to avoid penalty, but keeping till I show them the stamped return. Mine is also exempt from tax.
Luckily dont need to use semi right now.
