Caldwell County Kentucky | There is a new box(es) to fill out on the form since this time last year: "Month of first use" (see instructions)
What do I put there? I relicense the truck in March every year. I've had the truck for 3 years.
I've been filling out the free pdf version from IRS and mailing it in for several years. It'll take 3 weeks. And I've always mailed to Cincinnati, but if I'm reading it right, I mail to Ogden, UT (since not tax due).
