Yes you can "renew" your ad after 30 days. Click on "your listings". A page will come up that shows your current and past ads. If the item is sold, click on the square button next to SOLD. If the ad is eligible for "renew", there will be a link that says "click here to renew". Clicking it will take your ad back to the top of the list and reset the "expiration date".
