The task bar shows 3 programs running, Excel, Word and Firefox.  If one of them is visible on the desktop and I click on another in the taskbar, it should open.  It doesn't.

I cannot find the keep windows on top that so many sites refer to, I did once and it didn't make any difference.  Now I've forgotten how I found it.  Not that it worked anyway.
