ECIL | I have an iPhone SE. Earlier today I had some business to tend to in a building that didn't allow cell phones. My phone had a 92% charge when I left it under the seat of my car. Two hours later when I picked up my phone it showed a 1% charge. The screen was blank when I set it under the seat and when I picked it back up. I only have three apps on it and none of them were opened at the time. In fact, I deleted a bunch of the standard functions on the phone when I bought it three (?) years ago because I had no use for them. The internet was not in use on the phone when I set it down and when I picked it up. Same with email. I did see someone tried to call me an hour prior to picking it up but didn't leave a message. I did not recognize the number. It was from a cell.
Could it be someone glommed onto my phone to make telemarketer calls? If not, what could have caused the drain? Please keep the replies simple, I'm a techno-tard.
