Braggs Apple Cider Vinegar with the mother.
Take twice a day (usually morning and before bed) put a couple teaspoons ( I have worked up to a tablespoon in about 4 oz. of water) in a small glass of water and drink.
Lowered mine by 30 points over a 3-4 month period also helped my blood pressure. Would suggest rinsing your mouth out afterwards, some say consuming the vinegar water may hurt the enamel on your teeth. I have not had any problems with my teeth.
I tried the garlic tabs and still take from time to time, but the Braggs ACV worked faster.
I wonder if I could add to my olive oil and put on my salad, though 4 oz of dressing I think would be a lot. |
