Hinfarm is correct. Sometimes it might take only a few weeks, and sometimes they're out of allocated funds, ad need to wait until October 1.....the next Govt. fiscal year.
It might work really slick, and it might make you tear your hair out. Ask the lender guy/lady if they HAVE FUNDS available. showboat
