Do you have just recommendations not laws for the same thing ? Do you have buffer zones , if so , how wide are they ? What plants do you use in your buffer and how do you manage them ?
If you have a buffer and the municipality cleans out the drainage ditch how do you go about dealing with the dredged material? At whose cost is it to start the buffer zone over again from this dredging?
