...Have you adjusted the clutch the way it's supposed to be...by getting inside the bellhousing and turning the right bolt? There are videos on YouTube that show you how to do it. I pretty much had my clutch all screwed up before I found out how to do it. I even had a noise in the driveline from adjusting the linkage.
