Most overdrive transmissions are a .86 ratio, so 3.73 rears 11r22.5 (41.4" diameter) tires and 1650 rpms would result in 63.38 mph. Most double over transmissions are .74 ratio, all other specs being the same would result in 73.66 mph. Just for reference a direct drive tans 1:1 ratio would result in 54.5 mph. So with a 13spd double over your top three gears would be 54.5, 63.38, and 73.66 at 1650 rpms.

Ok, I’m following you. I’ve got a ‘77 4070B IH that has 11r 22.5’s, 4:44 rears and a 13 speed. What kind of speed can I get out it, by making it a double over?
