north central Ohio | Had rotor turned it was very rough and put new pads on but I couldn’t get the one with the parking brake pushed out. Hammered it on thinking it would give but it is tight. Parking brake that did not work before now acts right in the lever but it is going wear if it doesn’t loosen up. Is there a procedure for adjusting that caliper. And yes the brake cable is loose when in the down position and the brake lines were unhooked and still could not clamp back. TIA
