WC Mn/Dakotas | I agree, that was a pretty weak excuse. Obviously it was something the faa and aviation groups wanted initially, but got politicianed out and this was a successful tactic to add it in later.
Bottom line is drone owners are going to find out there are ALOT more requirements and expenses to owning and operating an "aircraft". There are ALOT more responsiblities to being a basic pilot, and then 100x for being a commercial pilot. Its just the realities of aviation that have been largely overlooked by non aviation people. | |
