just a tish NE of central ND | Yea, Once upon a time I was told that if(here) in the great white north, if you go apartment shopping and you find a unit where all the mattreses and clothes and bedding/furniture are laying out in thee snowbanks you know what they might have bedbug infestations.....just keep on driving away from it...... Warm climates give ways for all kinds of things to survive all year around.I would think a lot of them are probably more nusianse than an immedaite threat but then again I live in the winter cold area.
