When my wife's grandmother passed away a couple of years ago the hospice people had previously left a paper flyer at her home. I read through it as Grandma was in her final days. It was very informative and helped my comfort level tremendously. It explained the step by step actual dying process pretty much down to a T. That helped me in knowing how much time she had to conversate with us before disconnecting completely.
