Kingdom of Callaway - Fulton, Mo 65251 | I did some tree work for a farmer's market type guy that had an old G Allis Chalmers he had converted to electric drive like that. He buried a electric line from his barn to a pole in the center of a big truck patch. He had a long electric cord coming off the top of the pole that went down to a reel on the tractor. The tractor engine was replaced with an electric motor. It seemed to work. He said he could hear the birds.....
