South Central TN | If they did something wrong the old way they would have did it at least 7 years ago for it to show up now. I thought maybe they were using the quick ageing technique for export whiskey. It could be climate change. We have had a few almost frostless winter around here. It's not been as warm in July and August as in the 70's and 80's either. The whiskey may not have been transferring into the wood as well in the non-climate controlled warehouses. I don't think they would dare mess with the water from the cave spring it like liquid gold to them. They own or control activity on thousand of acres above the watershed for the spring. I know they were selling it a lot faster than they could get it out of the old warehouses. | |
