Madison Co. Virginia | ccjersey, have you had any problem using undersize truck tubes in airplane tires? I have a mixer wagon with what's reported to be b-25 bomber tires. I got a pinch flat, and found a truck tube inside(rim unbolts into two halves). I tried patching the tube but without success, since the tube had to expand so much to fill the tire. I put a new truck tube in, and it's been fine. I figured the low cost of a truck tube was worth losing the ability to patch the tube. | |
