| Been There, and Done That. Coming up on 10 years ago in late March.
You did well, to catch the situation BEFORE suffering a heart attack......as did I. Felt good going IN to the surgery. Took me several months before I felt as well AFTER the surgery as I had BEFORE it. Try to keep moving, but don't knock yourself out at any one time. Do some walking if you have a smooth road close by.
The "chest" portion of a vehicle seat belt just drove me nuts for a couple of years. Had to tuck it under my arm. A bit unnerving to stand in the shower, and feel the water hitting you on one side of your chest, and not feel it on the other side......but you'll get used to it. I hope your Dr. prescribed some physical therapy. Hurts, but works.
Healthcare folks do amazing things these, days, don't they? They did five bypasses to me on a Monday, and on Friday, I walked out the door...….into a raging blizzard.
