I have a high school buddy who lives north of hays who was my contact.. he swore it was a ground up facility coming in.. I probably should not have mentioned it.. my bad.

We have had expansion of lots near us.. however.. like ethanol.. it’s been a bumpy road.. but there are big players.. making moves.. aka see Green Plains.. et all.
