Got my Fasse solenoid valve yesterday.

If I want to set up a wireless remote feature I do not want to butcher up the original harness to use the Deutsch 2 pin connector provided. That would leave the original harness untouched in case of a failure with any wireless set up.

Are these simply called 2 pin Deutsch connectors ?

Or are there variations in pin configurations locking tabs etc. that make them not universally interchangeable.

First Deutsch connector on the place so I am unfamiliar with the specs and variations.

No identifying marking on the connector at all so here are pics of it.
