We started corn when it was 24%, neither crop got ripe and dry. Finished corn, combined beans last, that is -not- normal and very risky, but the beans just didn’t want to dry.

Was driving in mud most of the time, even though November got nicer, it’s very risky to depend on the second half of November up here for good weather. You want beans combined in October or you are really, really nervous here.....

Any tillage that got done or fertilizer spread was done on very wet muddy ground early, or on snow covered somewhat frosted ground later.

The crops did get out, but it was a struggle. Fortunately the yields were low so it went a little quicker.*
