South cental Ohio | I know this is pretty fa out there but we had a Cummins in a truck do what you're saying and it was a simple fix.....but like I said, our problem was a goofy deal. Our truck started and ran great one day and the next time we ran used it the truck smoked and had oil around the turbo. Our problem was ::: a mud dobber built his home in the crankcase vent tube, there for stopping the tube up. I guess that left no where for the crankcase pressure to go and it back fed up the turbo drain line causing the turbo to leak oil into the exhaust. Sounds pretty far fetched but that's all our problem was. Got lucky for once. | |
