Ok. So your ridge got planted at around 25k and yielded about 200 bu, so that is 8bu/k. As a field avg 225bu and 31k is about 7.25bu/k. Those are numbers i see frequently too. I think 10 is everything being nearly perfect. 5-6 is common on typical flat rate seeded to salesman pops at 34k range. Im happy in the 7s and working on 8s
