Yes shear bolt if it shears then the pulley will spin on shaft. So grease fitting is just for when you trip the bolt and are running but not actually running if that makes sense. Isn't going to buy you much time but some.

The shear bolt goes through one of the holes in 26 and and the other side in the hub deal which is keyed to shaft.

In that same picture 14 is shear bolt and 17 is the hub it bolts too but you sort of cut them off in picture.
