Before we moved I always did a neighbors driveway. One year he put snow fence to close to the driveway and had a 4' drift 500' long. It took about 6 tries, but I busted through it with an 856 and an old Westendorf loader in about 5 minutes. I don't think a pickup and plow would have been a possibility and skid loader would have took a lot longer. A snowblower on the tractor would have been great if I would have had enough power or slow enough speed, but that would have been about the only time I would have really needed one in 44 years.
