You can double stack and wrap two 3x4x7.5 bales with the Canadian made Reeves 2555 wrapper by stacking them crosswise as shown in this video.  The Reeves is a very well designed wrapper that is mechanically operated.  The only electronics are for the remote control and end of plastic shut-down.  It's possible to wrap all day without any electronics working, just easier to have the remote and shut-down working.

I have used a 2555 for several years without any issues at all.  It's just a dependable machine that does the job.  I sold it to a dairy 4 years ago and tried to buy it back this year. They said "no deal" as it is still a very dependable machine and they like it.  That particular wrapper is about 17 years old now and still performing faithfully.

I bought a new Tubeline wrapper in 1998 and sold it two years later because it was becoming a nightmare with the electronics.  I'm sure they are better now but I still have fears about having to depend on the total electronic design.
