Can you take the arms loose on the other end, and try to get a gear pulled on them to pull one arm at a time off of the pin? I’d say you could have the holes in the arms built-up, and line bored for cheaper than $2k, I’m assuming they might need it, that being the reason for removal. Also assuming the pin is hardened steel, and arm isn’t. Is there a bushing in the arm possibly? Is the grease fitting hole accessible? Plugged? I’ve heard of adapting a porta power down to a grease fitting thread, screwing it into the hole where the fitting goes, and forcing oil into the cavity. Maybe if combined with heat, things could be loosened up some. Need more pics of the area to better understand limitations
