| Yup. I’m in the process of setting up a self directed IRA as we speak. Very well run local bank trust dept. gonna be the custodian. I’ve negotiated extremely favorable terms on fees. Very strict rules on personal use though. Prolly could get away with hunting occasionally, but putting up a hunting shack for personal use be a no go. Feel free to give me a shout and I’ll fill you in on the particulars. Email good. The self directed route creates so many more opportunities.
