Before you cut the head off, heat the bolt on both ends red hot, and let cool, then use impact on one end and air hammer on other, rinse, repeat. If that fails then cut the head off and pull on other end, and if still no go, drill a hole in head in to remove as much meat as you can without hitting aluminum.
