NENE | I think you could be on to something Dog. China maybe already knows what they need to buy to make the trade deal happen and it probably includes some large grain purchases. They are shrewd enough to tank prices and get grain bought under the radar and if the deal isn't made they will cancel again. I never did understand how they can cancel purchases without a huge penalty.
