The 3320 is a longer and better balanced sprayer than the 3185, so the need for active suspension is much reduced. In flat country, you definitely don't need it on a 3320. The Tyler models and the 3150, 3185 and 3200s benefited from having it in the hills, because they were light on the front end and would hop going up hills, especially in loose tilled soil.
