| Our garage was built in 1981 as an FBI building. 32X40', 11' high, two 9X9' overhead doors and one 10' slider where my grandad used to keep his boat. We just lined the inside this past summer and thought the 11' was a waste but 10' would have been fine.
The doors are tall enough for anything you will drive BUT the 9' wide is not enough for a F250 to keep the mirrors out and drive in, they just barely scrape the wiper so glad they have powerfold.
We are replacing one of the 9' doors and the slider with a 18' wide overhead door to better use the space. The slider is getting old and needs to go.
Be nice to have a 30X40 with 3 10' doors? | |
