I agree with the others..... wider/higher doors and ceiling are a must. Also, if you can go 30' deep, do it. I have a 3 car garage that is 24'x36'. Nice parking garage, but with 3 cars, lawnmower, and various yard tools in there, there isn't much room to tinker in it.
