Makes a difference.

2200 lb per metric tonne, corn at 56 lb per bushel is 39.3 bushel per metric tonne. $132 CA per ton is $3.36 CA per bushel, 132/39.3. Assuming the current rate is .7540 US to 1 Canadian then $3.36 CA is $2.53 US.
I suspect that the $132 is already in US dollars because otherwise I'd be driving a truck across the border and buying corn for $100 US a metric tonne in Canada and selling here in NY at the current price of $143 per metric tonne.
And somehow, I don't think the Canadians will let that happen.
