If it isn't rusted out from being in manure everyday, I would think that the only thing worn out would be the pto splines and pto/clutch/ components and a grinder mixer is a nice smooth constant pto load....... The rest of the tractor should last forever....
Now, if you meant it spent its life on a haybuster haygrinder, thats a different situation.
