A #48 loader would be ridiculous on a 4960. That's not what the original poster asked about. I pointed out that it will bolt on a 4240 but a 158 would fit much better.
You got side tracked with my frame comment. My comment was intended to point out that many accessories like front mount 3 points, weights, saddle tanks, loader frames, etc. are interchangeable.
A 4240, which the original poster has, will fit a #48, but it's not a good choice for many reasons.
It will not fit without major modification. If you want I can take the pictures to prove it. |
