WC Iowa | NO it will not.....The frame width is the same, yes, but the radiator/fuel tank width is too wide. The frame on a 48 where it wraps around the front is the same width as the frame, thus it will hit where the fuel tank and radiator overhang. A 4020 is the biggest tractor a 48 will go on. You need a 148 or bigger. Also, a 48 is almost too light for a 4020, unless you are just pushing snow you will destroy it on a 4240.
