Has anyone changed out the CVT transmission fluid in your FENDT CVT transmission used in Challenger 600 series, Massey or Fendt? My 600 Series Challenger is at 2500 hrs. Maintenance schedule calls for a transmission oil change at 2000 hrs. Oil must meet these specs: "SAE 15W40 oil complying with MF specifications CMS M1145" Having a hard time finding an oil that meets these specs other than the OEM Agco 821XL Plus, and Cenex STOU fluid. Are there any others out there? I think $22 per gallon for the AGCO 821XL Plus is kind of steep, but will pay it if I need to. not a cvt tractor, but we switched from Permatran to Shell S4 TXM - noticed hydraulics work better on colder days.
