Subject: Consider a UPS with a line conditioner

Your issue maybe your power. Rural electrical systems are subject for far more issues which can cause lows or spikes in line-voltages, or blips.

For under $100, you can get an Uninterruptible Power Supply - essentially a battery-backup for your electricity supply. APC is a name-brand which I've relied on for years. At one time, I was using Hughes satellite for my internet, but my power would blink. My router was much quicker to come back up to speed than the satellite modems, thus the router would need to be bounced a second time to get the DHCP info correctly. When I installed the UPS, my issues were resolved.
