| I tend to agree, every segment in ag goes thru more pain than thought possible at one time or another. Corn and beans are next in my opinion. My dad and I about starved to death in the 80's , I about starved to death again in the mid late 90's to mid 2000,s. So here we are again after a nice run. Problem is inputs and land costs are at obscene levels in comparison to crop prices. Now take a buck off corn and a couple off soybeans and we got real problems. Reduction in costs will lag. Crop insurance coverage will ratchet down as well as the other gimmicks we will sign up for.
