frederick, MD | We got a older 2000 Volvo truck to turn into a silage/grain hauler. Good looking pretty clean truck that would fit my needs so I picked it up at auction.
Going over it in the shop it needs some minor things. Well went to dealer today and what in the world is wrong with these people. Truck has a Volvo engine. Turbo exhaust down pipe 1300 dollars. Can’t get screws for dash unless I order 100 of them. Guy says the push pull cable for the cabin heater valve is unavailable. Fan shroud for engine was like 600 dollars.
Coming from a Mack R model this is ridiculous. Are there any aftermarket parts available? Volvo does not want to give out part numbers. | |
